Pepperup Potion
A hospital-wing remedy for colds. Steam comes out of the patient’s ears. The comedy is the point.
Pepperup is what a school nurse reaches for when a castle full of children shares a cold. The side effect — steam at the ears — keeps the cure from feeling clinical. It also tells you the hospital wing is a place of ordinary misery, not only cursed injuries.
A small potion can do as much worldbuilding as a duel. Someone brews this by the vat.
